Easily accessed customer service and self-service cancellation!! I needed to cancel my transfer in a hurry and luckily that was even an option, thanks MoneyGram!!

Poor service, system always broke down or out of money, agent is not friendly or even able to advise the remaining passengers of same.

I sent money through this service and they could not give it to the recipient with their Driver's License that matched, instead I had to get refunded and then had to go to 6 different places for each to tell me their machine did not work for money orders. I had to call 3 different customer service lines and each could not give me a refund of $10 for the service which they didn't provide and instead made me waste my time driving around and calling all the phone. Don't use this trash service, Western Union is better

I just called moneygram to get my full refund and I spoke with customer service name Edward for a total of 207.99 as all our communications is recorded. He told me that, I will only get 200 dollars and not the full amount. And I asked him why?. But no clear answer from Edward and then, he mentioned about the law in the system for moneygram to take $7.99 from a customer like me and I don't know what kind of a law in moneygram system?. Because Edward did not told me those laws that take money from a customer. So I will be considered for a filling a complaint with a consumer agency. Because it's a scam from moneygram to make money on the customers.

It's 2022 time for convenience and 3x I had to leave my house and visit a Walmart or CVS to complete a transaction. Due to horrible Website functions

😱 ACCOUNT CREATED, AND I'M BANNED FOR LIFE BY MONEYGRAM COMPUTERS !!! 😱

I am shocked that as soon as I created an account online, it was blocked because, according to their computer system, I had suspicious activity. This is an arbitrary decision that makes no logical sense. When I phoned MoneyGram for an explanation, they told me that I was banned and that I was not allowed to know what suspicious activities I was accused of.

It was like a scene from a bad science fiction movie where the "sacred computer" made the "final decision" to banish you, a decision that no human being can undo.... lol.

I never used their site and only used their service once in 2015. That's when I sent money from one of their stores to a friend in Singapore. This is the only time I've had anything to do with Moneygram. It is frustrating not to know the reasons for their decision or if it is possible to remedy this situation.

I have seen online that I am not the only one who has experienced this horrible service. Many people complain about their accounts being blocked for no apparent reason.

These thieves take your $ for an instant transfer then hold it and say it will take 3-10 days. You only have 30 minutes to cancel but there is no cancel option online so you're forced to call their monkeys in butholestan to read a script and keep your $ to earn interest. Thieves should be hung or incarcerated!
